We have been laying theory after theory about it for weeks now that “WAR is imminent!” and “Once the guild Beta ties up, down with that NDA!”.  I can it feel now, the first teardrop that is the NDA floodgates crashing down onto the WAR community. No longer will we be forced to debate with our archenemy like cartoon rivals on forums. The community as is unbias and almost equal, but not for long. Soon the elitist will be able to use trophies and statues as an egohammer to smash newcomers. (this is where an idea pops into my head and i go a complete different direction)

The very Idea of the WoW armory+forums felt like an open diary plublished with highlighted points of EPIC FAIL by any d00d with the urge to do so. I’m an independent gamer, I can Min/Max pretty well but most the time I choose not to follow cookie cutters. I love to tailor my character toward my style of play, it wasn’t at all hard to do with my Mage in WoW but it did make it very challenging to try and validate any inputon any PvP/PvE thread.  It’s a mild concern that “private” ToK/tactics/spec info will be easily viewable by the WAR community not because I’m fearful of ridicule.  I want to keep my secrets of play and tactics to myself to experiment with and share it with whom I choose and not have to write a rebuttle after some Orc spouts off “Werst Stuntie evar!” 

I’m fine with trophies,statues, and leader-boards but I would prefer to keep the guts of my character on a need to know basis.
